The artworks presented in his show Mimetic Yoke evoke a relationship that the artist advocates for its formal interest between science fiction and contemporary art. Indeed, the works adopt certain qualities, angles, geometric facets or iridescent surfaces, worthy of a fictionalized imaginary of the future. This working process is, on one hand, the idea of a prototype in which each artwork is an evolutionary possibility, and on the other hand, the affirmation of an aesthetic specific to the artist’s universe. This exhibition was the opportunity to show new drawing based on paper folding and origami, ceramic works, collages, plaster and polyurethane sculptures.
